"Very Thankful" Splitcoast Sketch Challenge
Today's card is for this week's sketch challenge over at SplitCoast Stampers. I love this stamp set! It's Stampin'Up!s annual stamp set created to raise money for the Ronald McDonald Houses across the country and the families that visit there. This year's images from the Very Thankful set are just lovely and each one says, "Thank You". I chose the peacock image along with the beautiful Noveau Chic Designer Series paper to create this card.
I lined up three pieces of the Noveau Chic paper side by side on top of the Basic Blacklayer and then layered a third piece of the Noveau Chic paper on top finishing it with the final image layer.
My color combinations are Very Vanilla, Basic Black, & Sage Shadow. The embelishments I used are the pearls from the Pretties Kit and the butterflies from the Beautiful Wings Embosslit Die (only available through April 30 in the new Occasions Mini).
