Halloween Fun!
I'm not sure who had more fun, me making the treat covers or the children who got them.

Wrapping 101: #24 ~ Top Note Treat Toppers
Today's projects used the popular Top Note die for the Big Shot. This die is very versatile and makes a great decoration for cello bags filled with treats. These projects were created with a Halloween/fall theme but you could easily change them to meet any holiday or occasion.

Wrapping 101: #23 Tall Treats
These little treat holders are hiding "Cow Tales". and cookie sticks. The treat holders are 8 1/2" tall. This is another quick and easy treat holder which doesn't use up much material and does the trick holding the treats!

Adriana is Disguising Her Boys' Lunches
This cute Frankenstein is disguising treats or somebody's lunch. I love his facial expression! This project is easily adaptable to many occasions. I can see a Pilgrim, Santa, the Easter Bunny,... decorating these bags. I know the kids will love them!

PPA5 & How to Hide Candy!!: Wrapping 101 ~ 1 & 2
These little guys are hiding full size candy bars. They have promised not to scare anyone and would much rather bring a smile to your children's faces. Frank is hiding a Kit Kat bar and Mr. Mummy has a Hershey bar with Almonds behind his wrapping. Great craft and treat for Halloween parties at school or home.
In September I'll be focusing on "101 ways to Wrap Candy". Join me as we come up with as many fun and pretty ways to disguise and decorate sweets as possible. I'll post detailed instructions on making these guys then.
The Pals Paper Arts challenge ,PPA, for today is a Halloween theme. My inspiration for this project came from Angie Kennedy over at Chic' n Scratch. Awesome woman! Check out all the projects at PPA and, we'd love you to play along as well!

Stampin'Up! Punch Spider & Mojo Monday 99
This Mojo Monday sketch just said "spider" to me. I have never been a great fan of Halloween but the new Cast-A-Spell Designer Series paper is really striking and fun. And if the skulls scare me, I just have to turn the paper over to something more pleasant on the back! I love Stampin'Up! Designer Series Paper!
The cute little spider came by way of Dawn Griffith at Dawn's Stampin' Thoughts. I didn't have the same size punches she had so mine is a bit different. The phrase is from Teeny Tiny Wishes which, as you can see below, covers many many occasions. It's a great set to have.
Now is a great time to get started on those approaching holidays! Begin thinking of homemade projects you would like to complete this fall. Don't let your list just stay a list! I'm full of ideas and enthusiasm to help turn yours into reality. As an on-line demonstrator I'm here 24 hours 7 days a week to give you ideas, suggestions, instructions, and place your orders!! Seriously though, your enjoyment of Stampin'Up! products and homemade projects are my number 1 priority. Contact me today I'd love to be your on-line demonstrator!
God Bless,
Spider Instructions:
The body is a 1 1/4" circle with a 3/4" circle for the head. The legs were made by first punching two ovals out of a black piece of card stock and then using the scallop oval punch, punching two frames out of the black paper. Cut the thin oval frames in 4 pieces and glue to the back of the body. The spider is mounted on a 1 3/8" circle. I used googly eyes and a white gel pen for details on the spider.
Recipe:
Stamps: Teeny Tiny Wishes (#115370)
Ink: Perfect Plum Stampin' Write Marker (#102107)
Paper: Cast-A-Spell (#115677), Black (#102851), Old Olive (#100702), Pumpkin (#105117), Perfect Plum (#101889)
Misc: 1 3/8" circle punch (104401), 1 1/4" circle punch (#104403), 3/4" circle punch (#107217), Large Oval punch (#107305), Scallop Oval punch (#114889), Spiral punch (#108341), Stampin' Dimensionals (#104430), White Uni-ball Gel Pen (#105021), SNAIL (#104332)

Clear Envelope Brag Book
This project (as I've heard a number of northern demonstrators say) is just "stinkin' cute"! I made this for a friend of mine who loves Halloween. She can keep yearly pictures of her children in it and enjoy it for years to come. This is also an easy and versatile project. Besides being a Brag Book you could use it for holiday recipes, journaled memories from an event, scrap book and the list goes on. The recipe for this project is: Haunting Halloween Stamp Set; Stazon Black, Summer Sun, Only Orange inks; Black, So Safron, Tangerine Tango, and Whisper White Card Stock; Haiku DSP; Pumpkin Pie Ribbon, Eyelets, Clear Embossing Powder and Clear Medium Envelopes. Thank you to my up line, Adriana, for the idea. Tutorial from SCS, Clear Envelope Brag Book
