Wrapping 101 #20: Wrapping Cello Bags
Here's a quick way to wrap treats. Cello bags are a great way to wrap up just about anything but, they need some sprucing up! This project took a minimal amount of supplies and time once I had the dimensions laid out. Merry Moments DSP added the perfect Christmas touch I needed.
